OFFICIAL RULES



PRIZE DRAW DESCRIPTION:  The Ultimate Feastables x Formula E Prize Pack Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) begins on 15 August 2026 at 12:00 a.m. British Summer Time (“BST”) and ends on 18 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. BST (the “Prize Draw Period”).  Entry in the Prize Draw does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or prize draw.  By participating in the Prize Draw, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, be legally bound by, and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Feastables, Inc., 167 N Green Street, Chicago, IL  60607 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.


ELIGIBILITY:  Only legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, are eligible to enter.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, MrBeast YouTube LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies involved in this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Prize Draw Entities”) and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each), and/or those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or win a prize.  Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law.


HOW TO ENTER:  During the Sweepstakes Period scan the QR code found on special Feastables packaging of Milk Chocolate Bars distributed at the London Formula E event currently scheduled to take place on 15 August – 16 August 2026 or go directly to INSERT URL (the “Website”), complete the entry form with by providing your email address, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry.  All requested information on the entry form at the Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified.  Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.


Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day of the Prize Draw Period.  In no event can you get more than one (1) entry in a single day.  All entries received from any person that exceed one (1) entry in a single day will be disqualified.  For purposes of these Official Rules, a ‘day’ is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Prize Draw Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. BST and ending twenty-four (24) hours later at 11:59 p.m. BST.


All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate.  The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Prize Draw.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  The Prize Draw Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Draw or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Prize Draw.  The Prize Draw Entities and each of their respective agents, representatives, employees, directors, officers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  


POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  On or about 20 August 2026, one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Prize Draw Period.  The potential prize winner will be notified by e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Sponsor and all other Released Parties shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.  If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.  The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein.


PRIZE:  

One (1) Prize is available.  The Prize consists of:

  • One (1) Formula E cap; 

  • One (1) Formula E bucket hat;

  • One (1) Formula E tote bag;

  • One (1) Formula E Top Trumps pack 

  • Two (2) Formula E t-shirts (size M);

  • One (1) Month Supply of Feastables consisting of thirty (30) assorted Feastables bars;

  • One (1) Feastables Retro Hoodie; and

  • One (1) Feastables 2 Tone Hat.


  The total ARV of the Prize is £280. 

No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Prize Draw.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

 

GENERAL:  Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) and any other likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.  Entrants agree that the Released Parties to the extent permissible by law (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Prize Draw or any Prize Draw-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.  The Released Parties do not exclude or limit in any way their liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including for liability for death or personal injury caused by a Released Party's negligence or the negligence of any Released Party's employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where these Official Rules provide for a discretion exercisable by the Sponsor that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligation hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.


Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Prize Draw as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the Prize Draw as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw.  If the Prize Draw is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.



By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://uk.feastables.com/policies/privacy-policy).This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.


 

GOVERNING LAW:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the  Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the prize draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If the entrant lives in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, they can also bring claims in the courts of the country they live in under applicable local law.
